Hello, I apologize for the delay. As explained, it is more effective and faster to submit the request via a support ticket.

This is the first notice I've received regarding this issue. I see that some time has passed—you could have informed (Ticket) me earlier without any problem, and I would have resolved this small issue much sooner.

The error is probably due to some conflict with your PayPal account (such as it not being verified) or simply closing the payment process window too quickly, not giving the server enough time to fully send the request and automatically add the amount to your balance.

The problem's solved.
