By using CashnClicks, you accept and agree to these terms.

1. General

  • These Terms govern the use of CashnClicks (“the Platform”).
  • The Platform is operated from Spain and accessible worldwide via cashnclicks.com.
  • All content, features and modules belong exclusively to CashnClicks.

2. Accounts

  • Only one account per person is allowed. Family members may register from the same IP, but third-party providers may restrict this.
  • Use of bots, scripts, VPNs, proxies or emulators is strictly prohibited.
  • Accounts inactive for 30 consecutive days may be deleted without notice or right to claim.
  • Fraud, spam or any abusive activity may result in permanent suspension.

3. Premium Membership

  • Premium is optional and costs €7.99 per month. Longer plans (6 or 12 months) are available at a discount.
  • Plans are renewed manually by the user.
  • Premium benefits include: double earnings on tasks, higher chances in competitions, no withdrawal fees, reduced exchange fees and priority support.
  • Premium purchases are non-refundable. Benefits end immediately upon expiry.

4. Earnings and Tasks

  • Rewards are credited only after validation by third-party providers.
  • If a task is cancelled or reversed, its reward will be deducted from the user balance.
  • Automated or fraudulent activity is prohibited and may lead to account termination.

5. Withdrawals

  • Withdrawals are available through supported methods (currently PayPal and Payeer).
  • Payouts are usually processed in more than 7 business days and less than 30 business days.
  • All withdrawal requests are manually reviewed before approval.

6. Jackpot

  • The Jackpot is a chance-based feature. The more tickets purchased, the higher the probability of winning.
  • The winner always receives at least 80% of the total pot.

7. Competitions

  • Competitions reward users who stay active and climb the leaderboard.
  • Prizes may include balance credits or Premium days, distributed once the competition ends.
  • Cheating or manipulation leads to disqualification.

8. Support

  • The official support channel is the internal support ticket system available to all users.
  • Average response time is under 24 working hours.

9. Responsibility

  • CashnClicks is committed to transparency and fairness.
  • In cases where third-party providers fail to pay CashnClicks, the loss affects the platform and users equally. CashnClicks may mitigate this by offering internal benefits, but is not obliged to pay amounts not received.
  • Should overall platform benefits decrease, CashnClicks will inform users so they can make the best decision for their case.

10. Changes

  • These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the changes.
